Our Model

Fixed start fee: A one-time fee of €15,000 excl. VAT paid by the client at the start. That’s it.
Direct invoicing: The interim executive invoices the client directly. From day one, the entire daily rate goes to the person who deserves it — the leader.
High-quality matches: Since executives retain their full rate, we attract top candidates who would otherwise be budget-restricted — resulting in high-impact leadership from day one.

  • You are freelance (or ready to be) and want to co-create a new approach to interim management
  • You are based in Belgium or the Netherlands, and digitally fluent

  • 50% of the fee on every placement you successfully achieve

Absolutely, that is also possible! You are self-employed, so you choose how much you work, where, and when. This can of course also be part-time. There are only two logical conditions; I am happy to tell you more about this!
